Electronic vs. Paper Medical Records

This is an example of how efficient electronic medical records software should be. With paper, there are many loops, stops, sending and receiving of physical documents, talking to several people in the meantime, being sent elsewhere, and to be quite honest, causes more medical problems than they probably solve.

With the proper EHR system in place, you can pretty much interact directly with the doctor without all the hassle. Now all there is to do is to find a way to bypass the whole going to the doctor part. . . . I'll keep thinking about how to do that one.
